Upon arrival, I found the room to be in an unsatisfactory condition, with dirt and unclean linens. The bathroom was particularly alarming with black mold all over the ceilings. However, the staff was accommodating and kind. I was disappointed that no refunds were offered, but the owner did provide me with fresh sheets when requested.
